Welcome to Purely Photography - Photography by Sue Abbott

Since I was a child I have loved taking photographs. As a teenager, I used to develop and print films in my own darkroom. But only when I became a mum did I completely understand the importance of capturing forever those precious moments which will never be repeated.

Many years ago I started Purely Photography, and straight away, entirely through word of mouth, I was busy photographing babies, children, couples and families.

My photo shoots are almost always shot outdoors - I always prefer to use natural light if at all possible - and I like my clients to choose the location where they feel at their most comfortable, whether it's in their own garden, local woods or at one of Norfolk's beautiful beaches. In this way, all my shoots are unique to my clients.

Over the years I have also been invited to cover various sporting events, charity events, birthday parties and shoots at pre-schools and nursery schools. I have had photos published in magazines, and have had my photos used in an online travel directory and on websites, and I supply images to photo libraries. I was also placed in an international photographic competition organised by the Royal Aero Club. I have also shown and sold my work at local exhibitions.

I have a large portfolio of images which are available for sale as prints, mounted and framed if required, or on canvas - please email me if you want any further information. I also accept commissions - details are available on request.
